About Us
Based on the South East Coast of England, Ruark Audio was founded by father-son duo Brian and Alan O’Rourke who shared a love for music and sound. The older Brian O’Rourke worked within the British audio industry during the 60s and 70s, before forming Ruark Acoustics with his son Alan in 1985. Beginning with loudspeaker systems for audio enthusiasts, Ruark Acoustics has since 2006 created radios and music systems with wide ranging appeal that fit and sound fabulous in any space.
Our Mission
Our mission is to design audio products that appeal to the heart as much as the ears, with products we ourselves would be proud to own.
Design
Our aim is to create iconic sound systems of the future, characterised by clean lines and proportions complemented by special features such as our RotoDial control system.
